At SiteRightNow.com, we are dedicated to helping you get the most from your website and the Internet.
If you are unsatisfied with SiteRightNow, you can do the following:
Contact customer service by e-mail at help@siterightnow.com with a description of your problem. We will do everything possible to help. If we are unable to resolve your problem, you can request a refund within the first 30 days after sign-up. A refund is provided in the following manner:

Domain name registration fees:
Domain name registration fees are non-refundable. Because of the competitive nature of securing a domain name, registrars do not normally issue refunds. You may still use your registered domain name on other services if you decide to close your SiteRightNow account. A domain change request form is available on our website and can be used for no charge.

Requests to close accounts after the initial 30 days:
If you need to close your account after the initial 30 days, you can request this at any time by sending us an e-mail to help@siterightnow.com. We will reply back with the official account closing form. Note that accounts cannot be closed on the phone or via email. You must fill out the closing form so we have a record. This also gives you the opportunity to print a receipt to keep for your records. When we receive the form, we will close your account and remove you from our billing system. If no balance is due on your account, your website will remain active 30 days from the last time we billed you. You should make sure to print out your receipt after filling out the form. You will need this receipt if you contact accounting about an issue later.

Parking:
When closing your account, you have the options to have us "park" your website or put your website into "hibernation". Currently, we charge $25 to park your website on our servers for up to 1 year. This fee includes a domain renewal during the year. At any time during this year, you may e-mail us at help@siterightnow.com to have us reactivate your account. The $25 parking fee is charged when you choose this option on our close account form, and is non-refundable. The Hibernation option puts your site on hold for up to 3 months for no charge, and the billing stops during these months. Your site comes back on and billing resumes at the end of the hibernation period.

Credit Card or Other Credit Requests Within 60 Days:
We will be happy to look into an issue you may have with our billing on your credit card or bank statement. However, any billing disputes for billings 60 days or older will not be honored. It is the responsibility of the account holder to let us know of any disputes as soon as possible and in a timely manner.

During this time, we received many very similar e-mail messages near the end of the first 30 days, which read something like, "I got an A on my school project! Thank you for a great service. Now please send me my money back." We hope you agree that the current policy gives legitimate customers a chance to get a refund, while protecting us against those who choose to abuse our service.
